The business is managed by Michael Moriarty who is a fully qualified auctioneer, valuer and estate agent and has been in the financial services business for over twenty years and in the property business since 1999, concentrating now on overseas property worldwide.

We have built-up a superb network of reliable partners, including an independent overseas mortgage broker, solicitors and rental management companies who will advise and assist in every way possible throughout the buying process.

process which ensures that every developer we deal with has the proper build licences in place and has been thoroughly checked by our specialist solicitor.
